Job Title: Case Manager -FTC – Work from Office

Basic qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel

– 2+ years of customer service experience, HR, or a related field

Preferred qualifications:

– Master’s degree or equivalent

– Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards

– Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management

– Experience and knowledge in Six Sigma belts and process improvement initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

Case Manager FTC role responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and system records, ensuring timely updates, data integrity, and compliance with company standards and policies.

Manage employee leave and disability inquiries, providing accurate guidance on benefits, policies, and available options.

Deliver end-to-end case management for leave requests, including reviewing medical documentation and compliance with company policies.

Use duration guidelines and best-practice tools to monitor and manage employee leave events effectively.

Assess and adjust case management plans based on changing employee needs and circumstances.

Handle sensitive employee situations with confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy.

Troubleshoot leave-related issues and remove operational barriers before, during, and after leave events.

Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Safety, Benefits, and third-party administrators for seamless leave management.

Facilitate smooth return-to-work planning, including ramp-up strategies and manager communication.
